Twelve months on the motor and the mechanism, alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Every winder sold here carries a twelve month warranty from the date of delivery, covering the motor and the winding mechanism against manufacturing fault.
What is covered
- A motor that fails, stalls or becomes noisy in normal use.
- A controller or programme selector that stops responding.
- Lighting, locks and hinges that fail through manufacture rather than misuse.
What is not covered
- Ordinary wear to leather, timber, glass and finishes.
- Natural variation in grain, colour and texture in handcrafted materials.
- Damage from dropping, liquid, or forcing the cradle by hand while it is turning.
- Batteries and adaptors beyond the first replacement.
Making a claim
Contact us with the order number, the model, and a description of what the winder is doing. A short video is usually worth more than a paragraph. Once the fault is confirmed we cover the cost of returning the item and will repair it, replace it, or refund it depending on the fault.

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where the law requires one, and that entitlement is not limited by the twelve month period above.
