Shipping
Where we ship, how orders are packed, and what it costs.
Orders are shipped within Australia only.
[NEEDED — Jesse] Carrier, service levels, dispatch times, free-shipping threshold and the real flat rate. The rate showing at checkout on this build is a placeholder of $19.95 and is not a quoted price.
Packing
Winders are shipped in their manufacturer packaging inside an outer carton. Cabinets of eight rotors and above, and all safes, are heavy and go by carrier rather than post; a delivery to an upstairs apartment or a property without street access is worth telling us about before the order is placed.
Delivery timing
Timing depends on the carrier and the destination. Where an item is not held in stock the product page shows it as out of stock rather than quoting a date we cannot keep.
Damage in transit
If a carton arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening it, then contact us with the order number and the photographs. Transit damage is handled as a fault, at our cost — see the returns page.
