How to reach us about an order, a product, or a setting.
Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it means the answer arrives in writing with the model and settings in it.
[NEEDED — Jesse] Contact email address, phone number, business hours and postal address. No enquiry form is live on this build: a form needs a plugin, and no plugin has been added. Once the address is confirmed the page can carry a plain mailto link, or a form plugin can be considered as a separate decision.
What to include
- Your order number, if the question is about an order.
- The model name, if the question is about a product.
- The watch and calibre, if the question is about settings.
- Photographs, if something has arrived damaged.
